Newsletter
Anyone registering for the “Media News†newsletter service will have to leave behind a valid email address. This email address will be used only for the “Media News†newsletter and other relevant communication from the EJC. The EJC will store the email data in accordance with Dutch law, and will make sure it’s not used for any other purposes than the newsletter. The EJC will not make these email addresses available to third parties. The same goes for those users who submit their email address when posting comments for the “media landscape†section.
Website
The EJC does not require registration when you visit our website www.ejc.net. From our visitors we collect and store certain data, such as for instance the country where you are accessing the website from. Naturally we respect and guarantee your privacy by enacting the Dutch privacy law, Wet Persoonsregistraties, the European privacy directive (95/46/EC) and the upcoming Dutch law to protect personal data.
Security
EJC.NET will ensure that fitting technical and organisational measures are applied in order to protect personal data against theft or against irregular processing.
