I’m a stranger here myself
Published on June 24, 2008
This is a good article. As an expat living in The Hague, I was also impressed by the ready availability of English-language media for expatriates.I am an avid reader of The Times, which mainly offers a round-up of the the latest local news in English as well as features and opinion pieces. I agree with the point about not only targeting expatriates, but also Dutch readers with these publications. In this way, expats feel less like outsiders and more invited into the fold.
